Restoration

For this work field we recommend the use of poly-condensation silicone rubber and poly-addition silicone rubber.

RTV-2 silicone rubber due to their high chemical and mechanical properties are used to produce moulds for the restoration of architectural elements in gypsum or concrete. The moulds allows an easy demoulding of models ensuring a great fidelity in reproduction of details. Some examples of application are the reproduction of statues, frames and artistic items like religious articles, artificial wood decoration, artistic pottery, etc. Reproduction and restoration of architectural details in plaster or concrete, starting from the original model such as decorated columns, rosettes, etc.
